The first time I ever used a crop I almost cried, but the horses are used to it and over all it doesn't hurt them. And the way your legs are on the saddle you don't really kick hard enough to do anything more than the equivalent of a poke. I hope you guys weren't in too much pain the next few days.<br /><br />Nate and I are having a fall adventure this weekend :) But no horses...Nate hasn't forgotten the last trail ride I dragged him on, where he managed to um, sit on himself while trotting.
